More Ideas - Museum Project

After doing the photography class on Thursday I have decided that for the museum project I definitely want to go down the photography rout. I realized that I was thinking too literally and that I should be thinking more conceptually. I've decided that instead of doing portraits that show case emotions I could explore objects or writing. I was thinking Maybe relating an emotion to a type of year. For example Christmas can be related to happiness as can Valentines day.

I would really like to explore three emotions; anger, happiness and sadness.

Some of my ideas

  • A broken glass, plate etc
  • A ripped T-Shirt
  • Christmas decorations
  • A rose, teddy bear etc
  • Ripped photo
  • A letter that has been ripped up or crumpled
  • A sheet of card that is covered in different words
  • A lily

Here are some images that I think are associated with these emotions.
Anger

Grief

Anger

Anger

For my next photography lesson I'm going to explore anger. The projects that I am going to use to showcase this emotion are a ripped t-shirt and a ripped up/crumpled letter.
